The National Council on Privatisation (NCP) has approved of the Transcorp Group to acquire the troubled Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC).
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, disclosed this while speaking at the commissioning of the 240MW Afam Three Fast Power Plant ongoing in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
