Just in: Iran strikes Israel with missiles after U.S. attacks nuclear sites
DDM News

Iran has launched a series of missile strikes on Israel, escalating tensions in the region just hours after the United States bombed several key Iranian nuclear sites.
Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) gathered that multiple loud explosions were heard in Israel’s major cities, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, on Sunday, following the detection of incoming missiles from Iran.
Air raid sirens blared across urban centers, forcing residents to seek cover as Israeli defense systems attempted to intercept the projectiles.
At least 20 people have been reported injured in the attacks, according to local emergency services and media reports.
In northern Israel, the police confirmed that fragments of missiles landed near the port city of Haifa, prompting swift deployment of emergency responders to secure the area.
Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Beersheba have been listed among the primary targets in the ongoing strikes, reflecting a pattern of repeated attacks by Iranian forces.
The Israeli military, operating under strict censorship laws, has officially confirmed over 50 missile impacts nationwide since the conflict intensified on June 13.
According to government figures, no fewer than 25 people have been killed in Israel as a result of the conflict.
Iran’s latest attack appears to be a direct response to earlier airstrikes by the U.S. on its nuclear facilities located in Isfahan, Fordow, and Natanz.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that American forces had “obliterated” the nuclear sites, describing the mission as a necessary deterrent.
Iran condemned the strikes and issued a warning of “everlasting consequences,” signaling the possibility of further retaliation.
Despite the attacks, Iran’s National Nuclear Safety System Centre and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed there has been no detected rise in radiation levels at the bombed locations.
The international community is now closely monitoring the developments amid fears of a broader regional conflict.
Calls for restraint and diplomatic resolution have been echoed by several world leaders, urging both sides to avoid further escalation.
