JUST IN: Three buses explode in Israeli capital

A suspected terror attack has shaken the Israeli capital, with three buses exploding in Bat Yam, south of Tel Aviv.

Footage on social media shows at least one bus engulfed in flames, with a large plume of smoke billowing above.

According to the Israeli police, the incident is being investigated as a suspected terror attack. “Large police forces are at the scenes, searching for suspects,” the police stated.

Fortunately, there have been no reports of casualties at this stage.

The authorities are urging the public to avoid the areas and remain vigilant for suspicious items. The incident’s connection to the ongoing crisis in Israel is still unclear.

The police are working to determine the cause of the explosions and to identify those responsible.
