Kogi State Online Poll Shows Gov Wada Lagging Far Behind

Barely ten days to the Kogi state governorship election, NG Polls, an independent organisation which has been organizing online polls for topical issues and elections in Nigeria, has released results of the online opinion poll started about a month ago.

NG Polls started the poll online and complemented same by sending bulk SMS to 210,000 phone numbers of PVC holders across the 21 LGAs of the state, at 10,000 per LGA.

Participants were asked to vote between the two major candidates, Idris Ichalla Wada of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP], who’s the incumbent Governor of the state, and Prince Abubakar Audu, the candidate of All Progressives Congress [APC].

As at the time of publishing, the authentic result of the poll, shows APC’s prince Audu polling about 78% ahead of Governor Wada of the PDP.

The results change regularly, as people continue to vote.
