The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] has arrested the outgoing Chairman, Kuje Local Government Area, Abuja.
The outgoing Chairman of said Area Council is Tete Ishaku Shaban [pictured above]
He was arrested on Tuesday, May 10, for offences bordering on obtaining by false pretence and abuse of office.
The amount involved in the botched deal is to the tune of N17,500,000 (Seventeen Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira).
