A lady identified as Sunday Damilola Christiana is currently writhing in pain at a hospital after her boyfriend of three years, Kehinde Olanipekun, attacked her with a machete in Owo, Ondo State.
According to reports, the incident happened on Monday, October 2, when Kehinde visited the victim’s house after she told him she could not date him anymore because he was abusive to her.
He proceeded to attack her with a machete. Concerned neighbours rushed to Damilola’s aid but the suspect threatened them with the machete and locked her up before absconding.
The victim is currently battling for her life at Adelabu Hospital in Owo, Ondo State.
