The Minister of State for Labour and Employment James Ocholi (SAN) has died in a ghastly motor accident.

His wife, said to still be in coma, just died now.
His son also died in the crash.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment James Ocholi (SAN) is dead.
He died in a ghastly car accident.
The tragic incident, which happened on Sunday afternoon in Kaduna state, has been confirmed by Hadi Sirika, the minister of state for aviation.
It is gathered that the minister’s wife and son were also in the entourage, including his aide-de-camp but it is not yet clear if other occupants of the car survived the crash.
Short Biography
He was member of the defunct CPC Merger Committee.
He chaired the INEC /Legal Compliance Committee that was responsible for clearance of legal minefields to secure the registration of APC.
He was also Chairman of the Committee established by the Joint Inter Merger Committee to edit the final draft copy of the APC Constitution 2013 which was one of the documents that was required to be submitted for the registration of APC in June 2013 .
He is also an alumnus of the Faculty of Law of the University of Jos.
He was a brilliant and quintessential Lawyer .
He was a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
He later was appointed Deputy National Legal Adviser of the APC.
He was formerly a governorship candidate under the platform of the defunct Congress for Progressives Change in Kogi State.
