In a bid to further enhance the viewing experience for its customers, MultiChoice Nigeria has launched the highly anticipated Step-Up promotion, offering DStv and GOtv users the opportunity to enjoy a higher-tier subscription package for the price of just one level above their current plan.

This annual initiative, which runs from January 13 to March 31, 2025, aims to provide subscribers with access to a wider selection of premium entertainment content, making it easier for customers to enjoy their favorite shows, movies, sports events, and more.

Diaspora digital media (DDM) reports that the Step-Up promotion is available to new, active, and reconnected customers, ensuring that a broad range of users can take part.

For current subscribers, upgrading to a higher-tier package is as simple as paying for one level above their existing plan.

Disconnected customers who wish to rejoin the platform can also benefit from this offer by reconnecting at a higher package than their previous subscription.

New customers signing up for DStv or GOtv can also participate by stepping up from their initial subscription level, thereby accessing a larger variety of content from the get-go.

Through this initiative, MultiChoice Nigeria aims to bring more value to its customers by providing access to an extensive range of premium programming.

Subscribers will be able to enjoy live coverage of a variety of sports, including top-tier football leagues such as the English Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A, as well as major events like the UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, Formula 1, UFC, WWE, and boxing.

In addition to live sports, the Step-Up offer also unlocks a wealth of entertainment options, including international movies, popular series, telenovelas, music shows, the latest news, and engaging children’s content.

Her words reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to providing its subscribers with high-quality entertainment options that meet their diverse interests.

One of the standout features of this year’s Step-Up promotion is the swift processing of package upgrades.

MultiChoice assures customers that all package upgrades will be completed within 48 hours of payment, ensuring that subscribers can enjoy their enhanced viewing experience with minimal waiting time.

This fast turnaround time reflects the company’s focus on delivering a seamless service to its customers, making it easier for them to access the content they love without delay.

By introducing this offer, MultiChoice Nigeria continues to demonstrate its leadership in the entertainment industry.

The Step-Up promotion not only allows subscribers to access more premium content, but it also serves as a token of appreciation for the loyalty and trust that customers have shown toward the brand over the years.
