Nasboi, a popular Nigerian skit maker and aspiring music artist, recently survived a car crash during his nationwide tour.

He is currently on a 36-state campaign to secure a music collaboration with Afrobeats star Davido, Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) reports.

The campaign began with him holding placards and visiting different states to gain Davido’s attention.

Eight days into the journey, a road accident occurred, bringing concern from fans and critics alike.

Despite the incident, Nasboi assured everyone that no lives were lost in the crash.

He described the experience as frightening but also reaffirmed his decision to continue the journey.

In a statement posted on social media, Nasboi expressed deep gratitude for surviving the accident.

He acknowledged the public’s concern, criticism, and backlash since news of the crash broke online.

Nasboi stated that he would not be discouraged by fear, shame, or public opinion.

According to him, the journey has grown beyond just asking Davido for a verse.

“It is now a personal mission of resilience and determination,” Nasboi shared in his press release.

He explained that facing real danger has strengthened his resolve to finish what he started.

Nasboi also said the campaign now symbolizes hope and commitment for others chasing their dreams.

He emphasized that his continued effort is driven by purpose and not desperation.

His words inspired many fans, while others urged him to consider his safety first.

Some critics questioned whether the campaign was worth the physical and emotional risk involved.

Nasboi responded that his aim is to inspire others to keep going despite obstacles.

Nevertheless, Nasboi’s determination continues to capture attention across Nigeria and beyond.
