LOKOJA, Kogi State — Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has formally confirmed her candidacy for the 2027 general election after receiving her Certificate of Return from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Kogi Central Senatorial District, setting the stage for a high-stakes political contest in the state.

The certificate was presented to the senator during a rally in Lokoja, where she addressed thousands of supporters, reaffirming her commitment to the people of Kogi Central and her determination to represent them effectively in the National Assembly. Akpoti-Uduaghan expressed gratitude to the PDP leadership and her supporters for their unwavering trust in her leadership and vision.
