Following the rising calls for a nationwide protest against economic hardship in the country, president Bola Tinubu is currently in a meeting with governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Though, the official agenda for the Thursday meeting which started shortly after 1pm has not been disclosed.
But it is believed to be connected to the planned protests set to kickoff in August 1 to August 10.
