Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago of Niger State has announced the dissolution of his cabinet during a State Executive Council meeting at the Government House in Minna.
While addressing members of the outgoing cabinet, Governor Bago expressed his appreciation for their service and contributions to the state’s development, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
However, the governor noted that certain key aides would retain their positions.
These include the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), the Chief of Staff, the Deputy Chief of Staff, and other principal officers directly attached to his office.
The partial retention signals continuity in critical areas as the administration moves forward.
