The battle for the chairmanship of the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA] between Ochudo Martin Agbaso and Ozo Victor Oye was likened to the fight between David and Goliath.
Apart from the fact that Oye was backed by the Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano, 17 legal luminaries represented Ozo Oye, yet to no avail.
The court ruled in favour of Agbaso who was represented by a junior lawyer who is not up to 5 years at the bar.

Ochudo Martin Agbaso/Mike Alioke/APGA were represented by a junior lawyer who is not up to 5 years at the bar.
Several billions of Anambra people’s money was wasted yet no result and mandamus remains. It can only be God.
God wants to restructure APGA by himself. Can’t you see that? Nigeria will celebrate APGA under Ochudo Martin Agbaso.
