The event has drawn notable political figures from various parties, signaling a significant moment in Nigeria’s political landscape.

Among those already present is Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP).

Joining him are former Kaduna State governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, former Minister of Youth and Sports Solomon Dalong, and prominent politician Dino Melaye.

Key Labour Party representatives, including Senator Ireti Kingibe, are also in attendance.

Former Rivers State governor Rotimi Amaechi, former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Emeka Ihedioha, and retired Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, who once served as Chief of Air Staff, have also arrived at the venue.

Additionally, Senator Gabriel Suswam and veteran journalist Dele Momodu are among the dignitaries present.

The coalition has brought together members from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Social Democratic Party (SDP), and Labour Party, reflecting the broad-based nature of the alliance.

A former Senate President, David Mark, is anticipated to lead other prominent figures into the hall to formally commence the conference.

Details regarding the agenda of the media conference remain under wraps, but political analysts suggest it could address pressing national issues and strategies for a unified opposition front.
