Obiano fraudulently commissions NIPP Power Project as own

The NIPP staffs are very angry. What annoys them most is that Gov. Obiano went to commission their project that is yet to be completed, without informing them.

As the Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano is known to commission other people’s project, whenever he commissions any project people gets inquisitive.

After the news and presentation of pictures of the Enugu-Ukwu sub power station he claimed he did at Enugu-Ukwu, Apga Alaigbo went on fact finding mission.

The mission landed us at the office of National Integrated Power project (NIPP). The people there are angry. The Enugu Ukwu power substation is their project.

The NIPP staffs are very angry. What annoys them most is that Gov. Obiano went to commission their project that is yet to be completed, without informing them. 

They said that when the Agu-Awka station was ready, that they were the ones that begged Mr. Peter Obi to come and commission it for them.

They have decided at the meeting they held today to write official protest letter to Anambra State Government.

What is most annoying is that the commissioning was carried live by two TV stations. The Government ended up spending 25 million Naira to publicize a project it did not execute.

Recently Obiano did the same thing when he wrote “Willie Is Working” on boats bought by the federal Government under Sure-P programme.

He also commissioned about 12 roads completed by his predecessor.

He re-commissioned drug center at the Teaching Hospital after removing the original plague and replacing it with his name.

He commissioned Revenue house completed by his predecessor.

He commissioned Anambra State Investment office, a rented office.

He commissioned Building material lab completed by his predecessor.

Made big sign board with the picture of the 2 Agulu Lake Bridges as projects he completed, whereas the projects were completed before he became Governor.

Anambra is fast regaining its notorious position as the home of bad news under Obiano

He is a genius in just one area: accumulating debts for Anambra State.
