Former Chairman of the disbanded Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property (SPIP), Obono-Obla, has announced that he has completed his masters programme at the University Of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Obono-Obla announced this feat in a statement which was obtained by News Band.
According to the Cross River born politician, he graduated with a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law.
He said, “I graduated from the University of Jos in 1989. I finished from the Nigerian Law School in 1990.
“After many years, I decided to go back to school.
“I am glad to share with all my friends the news of my graduation from the prestigious University of Liverpool, the United Kingdom with a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law ( Merit Award).
“To God be the Glory!!
“I especially thank my beloved wife Justina Obono-Obla ( Barrister at law) who meticulously and painstakingly edited my dissertation which was on the ineffectiveness of Nigerian Money Laundering Law and Policy.”
