Oil companies to be responsible for pipeline security – CCTV

Authorities in Nigeria recently moved to ensure better security in the oil-producing Niger Delta.

In a shift in strategy, Nigeria is looking to international oil companies to take care of pipeline security – instead of the army. Pipeline vandalism has been a growing concern in the country.
