Ondo PDP Crisis, new appeal panel resumes hearing today despite Protest

The New Appeal Panel l‎ed by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa on Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) resumed hearing today(Friday) despite protest by Sheriff’s faction against the panel

‎The Jimoh Ibrahim faction of the Ondo State PDP had filed a motion before the Court of Appeal requesting for the disbandment of the special panel set up to expeditiously determine the crises in the State Chapter of the party.‎

The motion requested for an order setting aside the decision of the President of the Court of Appeal to set up a special panel and granting expeditious hearing of the motions filed by the national leadership of the party.

The motion also requested for the case file to be returned to the court docket and to be made to follow a slower process of adjudication.
