Oseloka Obaze Hails Supreme Court Over PDP/ Makarfi Ruling
A frontline Anambra State governorship aspirant, Mr. Oseloka H. Obaze has hailed the Supreme Court over its ruling on the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] leadership tussle.
Speaking in a statement made available to Elombah.com on Tuesday, the former Secretary to the State Government said that today’s Judgement is a win-win for all PDP members.
He, consequently, saluted their courage in exhaustively addressing this matter using the judicial process.
In his words, “the outcome and decision strengthens our democracy.”
He expressed satisfaction that the Supreme Court affirmation of HE Gov. Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi as the indisputable and authentic chairman of PDP has put a divinities end to the internal squabbles that has adversely affected our dear and great party.
He, therefore, congratulate the Chairman and his Executives.
He, however, noted that this moment and outcome does not call for triumphalism but for regrouping the PDP family.
This, according to him, is because the PDP umbrella is large enough to accommodate all and sundry.
In conclusion he said: “We must come together to serve our people and return Nigeria to its place as an inclusive nation.”
Mr Obaze is aspiring for the Anambra State gubernatorial election under the umbrella of PDP.
