
President Muhammadu Buhari represented by the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo formally commissioned the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Rescue Unit in Cappa Oshodi, Lagos.
It was built by the State Government to ensure prompt and swift response to emergency situations in the state.
Governor Ambode emphasized that LASEMA needs the cooperation of Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies to further secure the lives and properties of the people in Lagos.

His Excellency Governor Bagudu of Kebbi State was in attendance.

– the Deputy Governor of Lagos State,
– Assembly Speaker,
– Executive Council members,
– Oba of Lagos and,
– other dignitaries.

In March 2016, the Kebbi and Lagos State Governments signed a partnership agreement and a memorandum of understanding on commodity value chains, job creation and food security.
