Lere Olayinka, the media aide to the governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has exposed the owner of the luxury residence where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC discovered millions of dollars on Wednesday.
According to Olayinka, the residential complex in Ikoyi, Lagos and the monies found in it belonged to the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.
On Wednesday, EFCC broadcast live video showing the uncovering of $43,449,947, £27,800 and N23, 218,000 at a residence in Ikoyi Lagos.
Exposing the cover up, Olayinka explained that Amaechi bought the two flats from GTB and handed one to a TV presenter who is alleged to be his mistress.
