Jigawa has a peculiarly arranged mountainous rock formation, layer by layer, laying above each other in pleasant symmetric formation. Even without being a geologist, the rocks looks as if susceptible to volcanic eruptions.
We need a transformational leader; Peter Obi is the answer.
