Herdsmen arrested for kidnapping

Three Fulani herdsmen have been arrested by Anambra security network for kidnapping.

The trio were apprehended in Odumodu, Nkwelle Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra State.

According to Soludo TV, the Fulani herdsmen attempted to kidnap a trader who was lucky to escape from their ambush and immediately alerted Anambra vigilante operatives.

Following the swift response of the security operatives, the criminals who were armed with AK-47 rifle, engaged the officers in a gun battle but were overpowered.

However, three of the kidnappers were arrested.
