A high-powered PDP delegation led by Tanimu Turaki is currently in a closed-door meeting with ADC leaders headed by David Mark in Abuja.
According to a source, the political buffalos are discussing potential alliances ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting at Mark’s residence in Apo Legislative Quarters includes notable figures like Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and Mr. Peter Obi.
Also in attendance are former Minister of Information and PDP founding member, Jerry Gana, former Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, alongside members of the PDP National Working Committee, Rabiu Kwankwaso and former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal.
Former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, and former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, are also participating in the talks.
The leaders of both parties are expected to brief journalists at the end of the meeting.
