Comrade Rauf Aregbesola, the National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), on Thursday, was received by the opposition coalition leaders in Ondo State.

Aregbesola, who served as former Minister under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, disclosed this in a post on his official Facebook page on Thursday.

Rauf Aregbesola said he was warmly received by the opposition coalition leaders as he begins the South West mobilisation strategy meetings, starting with a visit to stakeholders and grassroots mobilisers in the State.

He said: “We thank the great people of Ondo State and the leaders of the opposition coalition in the state for receiving me warmly as I begin the South West mobilisation strategy meetings, starting with a visit to stakeholders and grassroots mobilisers in Ondo State.

“The ADC represents a PRINCIPLED STAND – to put the PEOPLE FIRST at the centre of government and politics.

“Our goal is to bring a PEOPLE-FRIENDLY GOVERNMENT and PEOPLE-FRIENDLY POLITICS that truly place the people at the heart of governance”.
