President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, September 7, met with security chiefs in in State House, Abuja, during which meeting he received security briefing from the security heads.

It was gathered that the meeting, which is being held behind closed doors, was to review the security situation in the country, including the successes recorded and challenges.

In attendance at the meeting are the Minister of Defence, General Bashir Magashi (retd), the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and the service chiefs led by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Lucky Irabor, among others.
