Five governors of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Sunday, met in Enugu State.
The governors who attended the meeting were Samuel Ortom, Nyesom Wike, Seyi Makinde, Okezie Ikeazu and the host, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
Though, details of their discussion at the time of filing this report is not known.
Meanwhile, since the end of the presidential primary of the PDP, the party has been rocked by internal wrangling after governor Wike who alleged he was rigged out of the presidential race, called for the removal of the chairman of the party, Senator Ayu Iyorchia.
According to Wike, it will amount to pure injustice for the party’s presidential candidate and national chairman to come from the same region.
