The Ghanaian Police have arrested a 28-year-old mother, Abigail Agbubia, for allegedly killing her two kids over husband’s failure to provide for the family.
According to police authorities, the woman reportedly killed her two children by poisoning over her husband’s failure to bring money for the upkeep of the family.
The incident, it was gathered, took place at Manhean, a suburb of Tema New Town in the Tema Region of Ghana.
She was arrested in Tema New Town for allegedly poisoning her two children to death.
A fervent reader of News Band reports drew the attention of this medium to the story which prompted an investigation.
Upon further investigation by News Band correspondent, it was discovered that the incident took place three years ago on Wednesday night, July 29, 2020.
The children, a boy and a girl aged two and eight months respectively, were killed with rat poison.
Mrs. Agbubia has since confessed to committing the crime and was immediately taken into police custody.
