As the curtain of Nigeria Professional Football League draws to a close today, I urge our darling Enugu Rangers International FC aka the Flying Antelopes to go for the trophy and nothing less.

The Coach Imama Amapakabo led Rangers should approach the final match against El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium with all seriousness and determination it deserved.

I commend our able Governor Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi aka Gburugburu for throwing the stadium open for fans free of charge, I urge supporters/fans of Rangers in the Coal City and environs to go to the stadium en-masse to cheer our boys to victory.

Winning this trophy after 32 years will be a perfect and befitting gift for the good people of Enugu.

As an incurable optimist, god on our side victory is sure.

The final fixtures for today are as follows:

Plateau Utd v Heartland

Rangers v El-Kanemi

Warri Wolves v Ikorodu Utd

Wikki v Sunshine Stars

Abia Warriors v Shooting Stars

Akwa Utd v Rivers Utd

Lobi Stars v Nasarawa Utd

MFM FC v fc Ifeanyi Ubah

Kano Pillars v Niger Tornadoes

Rangers go, go and conquer, yes you can.

Best of luck!

Up Rangers!!

Comrade Monday Ameh
