Citizens of Nigeria, a Twitter user, has revealed how bank Chief Executive Officers connived with telecommunication companies to carry out the recent obnoxious Unstructured Supplementary Service Data [USSD] charge promptly rejected by the Federal Government following massive outcries.
The Twitter user made the revelation via a document shared on the social media platform on Tuesday.
According to the report, Nigerian banks proposed to telecom companies to charge customers directly for USSD services.
This seems to contradict the public denial by bank CEOs on Monday.
