The Rivers State Tribunal sitting in Port Harcourt is set to deliver judgement in the ongoing trial of the petition filed by Dakuku Peterside and the All Progressives Congress [APC].

The respondents are Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, the winner of the April 11 gubernatorial election, the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] and the Independent National Election Commission [INEC].

The judgement which is already ongoing in Port Harcourt today, Saturday, October 24 is coming after about 3 months of fire work at the Tribunal.
