Nigeria is at risk of forfeiting the money $550m of Abacha loot, due to the greed of the Attorney-General of the Federation [AGF] Abubakar Malami.

Elombah.com has just been intimated how Nigeria is at risk of forfeiting the money $550 million due to the greed of the Attorney-General of the Federation [AGF], Abubakar Malami.

The said loot was stolen from publish treasury by the former head of state, General Sani Abacha [below].

Nigeria is at risk of forfeiting the money $550m of Abacha loot, due to the greed of the Attorney-General of the Federation [AGF] Abubakar Malami.

According to our source based in the United States, Mr. Akib Abiola, a US Court ruled on Monday in favor of the erstwhile lawyer of the federated government – Nnaka – awarding him $320 million in damages.

The judgement was rendered because Malami and the federal government failed to answer the Summons served on them two months ago.

The next phase is for the court to appoint Nnaka as special attorney general.

Elombah.com had developed this story a report published on Saturday, 28 May, 2016, titled, “Exposed: How AGF Malami, Bagudu plot to rip $170m off Abacha loot”.

in that report, it was documented how the Attorney general and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami and governor of Kebbi state,  Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu plotted to rip Nigeria off a whopping $170 million from the $550 million Abacha loot domiciled in the United States.

Bagudu, who was in tandem with Malami in the proposed rip-off, was a close associate of the late Sani Abacha.

According to the report, $70 million of the loot is being plotted to be diverted to Bagudu leaving $480 million as balance.

Apart from that, AGF Malami is asking the Nigerian Govt to pay 30% fee from the $480 million which is $144 million to the attorney he appointed.

Unknown to the unsuspecting Nigerians, including President Muhammadu Buhari, Malami is collecting $100 million out of the $144 million as a bribe, leaving the lawyer with $44 million.

One of our inner sources even went as far as suggesting that:

– either President Buhari is aware of this, or,

– portion of the sleaze is going to him, or better still,

– His party – the All Progressives Congress [APC] has a stake in it.

If, however, none of the above rings out, then all the $100 million must be going to the AGF.

However, Nnaka and his team would still like to resolve this matter with the Nigerian government, we gathered, as a family.

They all want to return to Nigeria and contribute their quota in developing the country.

They said they would not feel happy taking $320 million and more away from Nigeria while most Nigerians are suffering.

They only want a fair share based on what they have done and the norms in America.

They also still would like to help Nigeria recover more money.

Amazingly, they have identified and located additional $138 billion of which they can guarantee repatriation of $38 billion in 18 months.

In the meantime, our source is waiting for a copy of yesterday’s ruling and will forward it to us once received.

Since Nnaka and his people do not want this to drag on into the US election, if Nigeria government does not make an offer soon, they would enforce the rulings and Nigeria will forfeit the loots to them.

Nnaka and his people wish to make this is win-win situation for everyone and not a zero sum game for Nigeria.
