(DDM) – A Nigerian student has narrated a disturbing encounter with a hotel staff member whom she alleged appeared behind her while she was bathing.
Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) gathered from the Lucky Udu Experience programme that the visibly shaken student claimed she was in the hotel bathroom when she noticed the man standing motionless behind her.
According to her testimony, she only realised his presence after glancing into the mirror.
The student said she screamed in fear, nearly slipping in the bathtub, before the man admitted he had allegedly rubbed a strange substance on his body to make himself invisible.
She claimed the hotel staff appeared shocked that she could see him despite the supposed ritual.
The young woman alleged that the worker then confessed that he and others in the hotel target women who lodge alone, kill them, and sell their organs to wealthy buyers.
Her words were: “I was taking a bath and I looked into the mirror and I was so shocked to my bone marrow. I saw a guy at my back, and it happened to be one of the hotel staff. He was standing very stunned, not moving. I screamed out of fear and he was like, to be honest, when he came in he rubbed something on his body and he came in. Normally people don’t see him, but he was surprised that I saw him.”
The chilling confession, if true, suggests a syndicate of ritual killings and organ trafficking allegedly operating within the hospitality sector.
However, security experts caution that the claim requires thorough verification by law enforcement before drawing conclusions.
Organ harvesting has been a recurring fear in Nigeria, with several reported cases in recent years sparking national outrage and calls for stronger regulation of hotels and lodges.
Public commentators argue that the incident underscores the urgent need for CCTV monitoring, strict background checks on hotel staff, and closer collaboration between hospitality operators and security agencies.
The video clip of her account, circulating online from the 0:12 to 0:34 minute mark, has drawn widespread reactions, with many Nigerians expressing horror and demanding investigation.
The Nigeria Police Force has not yet issued an official statement on the incident, but activists are urging authorities to take immediate action to verify the claims and safeguard citizens.
