The Supreme Court of Nigeria has affirmed the election of Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State.

In addition to the epoch-making decision of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the case of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, the court has affirmed the election of Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State.
In a similar judgment, the court also dismissed fresh appeal against Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo of Gombe State thereby affirming him as the substantial governor.
