The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the High Court judgment that barred the All Progressives Congress [APC] from conducting ward, local government and state congresses in Rivers State.
The apex court decision subsists, pending the determination of a suit that was filed by 22 aggrieved chieftains of the party.
