There is palpable tension in Ajiran community, Agungi area of Lekki, Lagos State over the assassination of Demola, the eldest son of the Ojomu of Ajiran land, Tijani Akinloye.
The sad incident occurred on Monday along Chevron Drive, near Ebano Supermarket.
Sources who doesn’t want to be quoted revealed that the kill has instilled fear on the local community.
Meanwhile, following the shocking murder, estate management in the community in a statement has warned residents to steer clear of Chevron, Agungi, and Ajiran areas for their safety.
“This is to notify all residents that the king’s son from Ajiran (Agungi) was tragically assassinated today along Chevron Drive, near Ebano Supermarket. We urge everyone to avoid these areas temporarily for their own safety”, the statement reads.
Police authorities in Lagos State are yet to issue a statement in respect to sad incident.
