Nigerian singer T-Classic has sparked reactions online after recounting how he allegedly discovered his former girlfriend’s infidelity through Gmail, YouTube and the Notes application on an iPhone.
The singer, whose real name is Tolulope Ajayi, shared the experience in a video circulating on social media, expressing shock at the alleged discovery and the unexpected platforms involved.
According to reports by Legit.ng, Linda Ikeji’s Blog and EELive, T-Classic said he did not discover the alleged cheating through popular social media and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook or TikTok.
Instead, he claimed that Gmail and YouTube were among the platforms through which he uncovered suspicious communications involving his former partner.
However, what appeared to shock him most was his claim that she used the Notes application on an iPhone to share private photographs.
“The one that shocked me most was that she was sharing her private pictures through Notes app of all places. Brothers and sisters, check your partner’s Gmail,” the singer said.
T-Classic also alleged that his former girlfriend was involved with another man whom he referred to as her “uncle”, according to a report by EELive.
The revelation has generated conversations online about digital privacy, trust and the different ways people communicate outside conventional messaging applications.
While Gmail is primarily an email service and Notes is designed for writing and organising information, such applications can also be used to share content or information privately.
The singer’s account has drawn attention because the platforms he mentioned are not usually the first places people associate with romantic conversations.
However, T-Classic has not publicly provided further details establishing the full circumstances of the alleged infidelity, and the claims about his former girlfriend remain his personal account of the experience.
T-Classic rose to prominence in the Nigerian music industry with songs including Nobody Fine Pass You and Think About It. He is known for his contributions to the country’s Afrobeats and pop music scene.
His latest revelation has continued to circulate online, with social media users discussing his experience and the importance of trust and communication in relationships.
