Tim Elombah Remanded In Police Custody

After the fall of the gangsterism attack on the family home of the CEO of Elombah.com Mr Daniel Elombah. Police has instituted legal action against his sibling, Timothy Elombah.

Mr. Tim Elombah has been remanded in police custody pending preliminary investigation.

However, the police asked for 14 days through a motion exparte which is unknown in law as the defendant must be put on notice. 

The judge however decide to hear it and granted 7 days. However, the lawyers present intend to get the court papers and file to vacate the order. 

A protest is also in the offing. As stated before, Mr. Tim Elombah being held for defamation which is a civil case, should not be treated as a criminal case.
