President Bola Tinubu is currently holding a crucial meeting with members of the Lagos State House of Assembly at the State House in Abuja.
The delegation includes both the reinstated Speaker, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, and the ousted Speaker, Hon. Mojisola Miranda
Recall that there has been an ongoing power struggle within the Assembly after Obasa was abruptly impeached in January.
While Meranda arrived with her colleagues at some minutes past 2pm, Obasa arrived separately at about 2:50pm.
Though, the meeting may not be unconnected with the recent leadership crisis in the State House of Assembly.
Despite the Speaker’s reinstatement, it was gathered that the bad blood as a result of his impeachment is yet to be over.
