The company attributed its performance partly to cost management, with administrative expenses falling by 2 per cent to ₦29.3 billion. Net finance costs also dropped by 35 per cent to ₦1.5 billion, helping support earnings during the period.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transcorp Hotels, Uzoamaka Oshogwe, said the company remained focused on protecting profit margins, improving operational efficiency and pursuing sustainable growth.

The company’s total assets increased by 29 per cent to ₦206.8 billion as of September 2026, compared with ₦159.9 billion at the end of December 2025.
