(DDM) – The University of Delta, Agbor (UNIDEL), has officially released its provisional admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) gathered that the announcement was made through the institution’s official KOFA portal, where candidates can now confirm their admission status.
Successful Candidates To Confirm Admission Online
According to the university management, only applicants who met the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) cut-off marks, successfully participated in the post-UTME screening exercise, and uploaded their O’Level results on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) CAPS portal were considered.
Prospective students are required to log into both the KOFA and JAMB CAPS portals to confirm their admission, print their offer letters, and proceed with payment of acceptance fees.
The institution emphasized that all processes are strictly online and warned candidates to avoid unauthorized persons claiming to facilitate admission.
Orientation And Medical Screenings Begin September
University officials further disclosed that orientation and medical screenings for newly admitted students will commence in September 2025.
The sessions are expected to acquaint fresh students with the university’s academic culture, rules, and campus facilities ahead of resumption.
Caution Against Admission Fraud
UNIDEL management issued a strong warning against fraudulent middlemen who exploit admission seekers during this period.
A statement issued by the admissions office urged candidates to rely solely on official portals for information and payment processes to avoid falling victim to scams.
A New Academic Journey Begins
Education analysts note that the release of the admission list marks the start of a significant academic journey for thousands of students across Nigeria.
For many families, it represents the fulfillment of years of effort and financial sacrifice to secure higher education.
