The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of Darius Ishaku as the governor of Taraba State.
Consequently, the Apex Court dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Aisha Al-Hassan.
Delivering the judgment, the court said that the appeal lacked merit, adding that it will give reasons for the judgment on February 22, 2016.
