Conclusion
The National Obstetric Fistula Centre, under the leadership of Dr. Halima Mukaddas, encourages qualified candidates to apply for this position.
However, the strict eligibility criteria, favoring insiders within government institutions, may limit opportunities for external applicants.
This requirement raises concerns about whether the most qualified candidates will get a fair chance at securing the position.
Despite this, the role presents a significant opportunity for experienced administrators to contribute to the Centre’s mission of improving maternal healthcare.
