N180m withdrawn from Verydarkman’s NGO account by suspected hackers

A popular social media influencer and activist in Nigeria, Martin Otse, aka Very Dark Man, has alleged that the sum of 180 million Naira has been removed by hackers from a bank account belonging to his recently established Non-governmental organization (NGO).

According to Otse, the Nigeria police has tracked and arrested of the suspects.

He revealed that he is on his way to Jos, Plateau State, accompanied by a security personnel, to continue the purpose of pursuing other suspects at large.

He wrote on his official Facebook page:

“For the past few days I haven’t been myself and it hasn’t been easy,I got hope and confidence to speak up when the police helped tracked and apprehended one of the suspects,truth is the NGO account was hacked and 160million naira was diverted,I am on my way to Jos and hopefully I will be able to recover everything.”
