VIDEO: INEC charges 20k for voters’ registration in Anambra

Some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were caught on tape allegedly demanding twenty thousand Naira for voters’ registration in Onitsha, Anambra State.

According to the camera man, they refused to issue the voters’ card unless one pays the charged sum.
