VIDEO: INEC REC brutalized, arrested after illegally declaring APC’s Binani winner of Adamawa guber

The attached video shows how the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Adamawa State, Hudu Yunusa Ari, was brutalized, arrested after illegally declaring Aisha ‘Binani’ Dahiru winner of the Adamawa State governorship election.

According to reports, the REC, Barrister Hudu, instead of the Returning Officer, just walked into the hall with the Commissioner of Police and announced Binani as the winner.
