At the invitation of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Owerri, Dr. Ugorji Okechukwu Ugorji addressed security challenges in the West African region.
The discourse included the appointment of new military service chiefs by President Muhammadu Buhari.
He also discussed the 2023 presidential election and how Nigeria will have a rendezvous with history in that election.
