VIDEO: Police shoot, fire teargas at protesters at Lekki toll gate in Lagos
Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command shot and fired teargas at protesters at Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos State on Thursday.
The police operatives also drenched them with hot water cannons as they shot at the protesters.
The protesters were staging a memorial walk for their fallen co-protesters who were mercilessly gunned down by a combined team of security operatives on October 20, 2022, during the nationwide #EndSARS protests.
During the memorial walk, some youths were seen carrying dummy coffins along the Lekki Toll gate led by comedian Mr Macaroni and Rapper Falz.
