The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has been caught red handed on camera, sharing money during his visit in one of the Northern states.
In a video obtained by News Band Newspaper, the former Lagos State governor was seen handing a bunch of cash to a man after his vice, Kashim Shettima spoke with him briefly.
