Willie Obiano Sells Anambra House Located In Lagos

Anambra House is located at 23-25 Martins Street, in the heart of Lagos (the picture of the building is attached). The edifice was built when we were known as East Central State. At that time, Gov. Willie Obiano was still on Diapers.

The 7-floor building is currently valued at about 6 billion Naira.

In line with selling everything saved for the future of the state, starting from Dollars savings  that would have been about 80 billion Naira today, he just sold the building  for 987 million Naira to a popular Anambra transporter. 

The man is speedily renovating the building.

It was not discussed in EXCO, it was not bidded, it was not published – the sale, just like gat of our dollars, was completely shrouded in secrecy. 

Do you blame him? After all he said that savings of any kind was useless. The irony is that he has been buying houses all over the world and most probably saving money, because there is no sane man that does not save, but it is useless to save for the state and sweet to squander the one saved by others.

I heard the process of selling the Onitsha Lodge is on now.

If we return Obiano, he will surely sell the entire State and use the money to buy exotic champagnes.

We have an unmitigated disaster on our hands and must be united in voting him out.
